Xylem South Africa appoints new Managing Director

SOUTH AFRICA:

With the appointment of its new Managing Director, Vincent Chirouze, Xylem South Africa is set to expand its business further into the African continent, while remaining committed to the needs of its customers.

Vincent Chirouze recently joined Xylem South Africa as the company’s Managing Director, and he is ready to ring in a new era of growth and continued customer-satisfaction.

Hailing from a strong background in telecommunications, and with hands-on experience in customer relations management, Chirouze was the clear choice to bring about an even stronger focus on customer needs within Xylem South Africa. “Xylem has always engineered superior, robust products that suit its clients’ individual needs,” Chirouze explains. “Listening to our customers and giving them what they want is a major focus for our team.” Chirouze is poised to use his wealth of experience to add to Xylem’s already stellar reputation of putting customer needs first.

Being an electrical engineer by trade and having worked in varying fields, Chirouze has the keen ability to instil customer-focussed values in the teams he works with, while remaining cognisant of Xylem’s key differentiators from an engineering perspective. “Xylem is a global leader in water technology, and this is initially what attracted me to this position, along with the fact that I would be able to see how the products I work with are used to directly improve people’s lives. I am in the very fortunate position that the brilliant team at Xylem South Africa is there to support me – together we will make a great team.”

Chirouze’s mission is to structure the growth of the organisation, continually promoting its activities, opening new sites and to bring Xylem closer to its customers’ sites.

Chirouze has spent several years working and living in the Middle East and Africa, so working with Xylem South Africa is a natural fit for him. “I also look forward to helping to build the Xylem-brand and to continually growing our business.” While Xylem has had phenomenal success over the past few years, Chirouze is poised to harness these past successes and to build on them – making sure, that Xylem continues to grow rapidly into the future.

With the water-industry set to grow significantly on the African continent over the next decade or two, Xylem is ready to expand its presence across Africa, constantly remaining committed to the needs of its customers. With its quality products and expert team in place, the company is perfectly positioned to solidify its already sterling reputation as a premium brand that lasts.
