Activities of the NEPAD SANWATCE network is currently funded through 4 major funding-sources (Total value of €1,74 mil / US$ 2,35 mil ). These projects include the African Union (AU); European Union Joint Research Centre (EU JRC); the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the South African Department of Science and Technology. The projects are:
