Luena — The new municipal administrator of Alto-Zambeze, eastern Moxico Province, will give priority to actions aimed at improving the distribution of electricity and potable water to the populations in the next five years
In an interview to ANGOP, at his swearing-in ceremony, Adelina Chilica stressed that as part of the municipal programme of rural development and fight against poverty, another priority is centred on meals in primary schools to encourage children to go to school and decrease absenteeism in classes.
The sectors of education, health, agriculture and rural trade is also part of the main priorities of the action programmes for the next five years, aimed at spearheading better basic services for the populations.
